Returns Policy for our Fitness Tree™
We are confident that you will be impressed with your Fitness Tree™ purchase and we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
We also understand that from time to time, when goods are delivered they are sometimes not exactly as expected. To this end, if you are not happy with part, or all, of your order when it arrives, you may return it to us, at your expense, within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. The goods must be returned in un-used condition. Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, as they are legally your property until they reach us. The returns address is given below.
When an order is inspected on delivery and deemed to be damaged or not as ordered, customers are entitled to an exchange or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If this occurs, please contact us via email or telephone:
