The ‘FT Outdoor Pull Up Bar’ comes with 2 x 125mm (5 inch) diameter Radiata play timber pine poles and a 5 foot long black pull bar. Mainly used to perform pull ups, chin ups, knee raises and muscle ups, it also provides a great starting point for developing other calisthenics and bodyweight training in your garden or other outdoor space.

ALL FT Outdoor Pull up bars come with;

2 x Playgrade radiata pine timber pole that are Tanalised E pressure treated with sanded finish. The poles are 125mm (5 inches) in diameter and stands 2.4 meters above the ground (Further 1 meter in ground contact – total length of pole = 3.4 meters).
1 X 5ft long black pull up bar made from gauge steel tubing (33mm diameter) that has been zinc coated before powder coating for additional weather protection (rust resistant).
2 x protective pole caps.
4x coach screws and washers

Requires the poles to be postcreted into the ground for stability.
Postcrete is not included.

The FT Outdoor Pull Up Bar is easy to fit requiring you to dig a 1 meter deep hole (The first workout!).
